We are currently seeking a Plumbing Counter Sales Representative at our Long Branch location to fill an immediate need with expanding growth & opportunity!

YOU MUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, KNOW MATERIAL AND VENDORS.

Responsibilities:

As a Plumbing Counter Sales Representative, you will assist customers in getting their needed material. You'll also be responsible to assist with all aspects of counter selling, including customer service, product selection and inventory management. The counter sales representative also assists inside sales and the warehouse if needed. This position requires an individual who can work independently as well as with a team.

Job Duties:

• Ensure that all sales are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels to optimize departmental efficiency.
• Work with branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery.
• Build professional relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Problem solving, listening skills, organization, time management and have a growth mindset.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication skills, Spanish speaking is a plus.
• High School degree or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
• Ability to move around the warehouse and climb ladders safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
